C-Spab braodcasts the House, Senate,and various committees. The C-SPAN Archives records, indexes, and archives all C-SPAN programming. Totaling over 160,000 hours.
The Archives records all three C-SPAN networks seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Programs are extensively indexed.
Democracy in Latin America Blog
Dexter Boniface is a political scientist at Rollins who specializes in democracy in Latin America. This blog is where he informally organizes his thoughts and shares them with others.
Politico.com
Describes itself as “a nonpartisan media company covering national politics and Washington governance” and is one of the best sources for very current coverage of US politics, including polling. Beware, the site has a tendency to emphasize the horse-trading aspects of politics.
Project Vote Smart
A non-partisan effort to provide un-biased information on candidates and issues.
The League of Women Voters
The league has been around since 1920 and seeks, "to improve our systems of government and impact public policies through citizen education and advocacy."
