Banned Books

For Banned Book Week, the library hosts local and campus speakers to discuss the importance of fighting against book censorship, moderates a Banned Book readout, inviting participants to share a passage from a challenged book, and features tables with additional information and resources from campus partners.

All Olin's Eve

The library's annual Halloween Fall Festival: an evening filled with festive activities, wicked treats, and spooky happenings right here in the library. We partner with campus partners to create a safe and community-driven space to celebrate the holiday.

Faculty Day of Scholarship

An annual campus event and ongoing program hosted by the Olin Library and the Office of the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, showcasing scholarly publications and expressive works completed by current Rollins faculty, staff, and students in the previous calendar year.

Olin's Birthday Bash

Celebrating the construction of the current library building, the library's birthday bash wraps up the end of the semester with a bash filled with activities, contests, and raffles, complete with birthday food and desserts.
