Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)
Official website of the Florida governmental agency that "protects, conserves and manages Florida's natural resources and enforces the State's environmental laws." Includes information about many government programs.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission
Official website. The FWC issues hunting and fishing licenses within the state of Florida, and they have an abundance of information on wildlife all throughout the state as well as related regulations.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Jacksonville District
District of USACE responsible for their activity in Florida.
USFWS North Florida Ecological Services Office
Operated out of Jacksonville. Part of the the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
USFWS Panama City Ecological Services / Fish & Wildlife Conservation Office
Operated out of Panama City, FL. Part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Serves Northwest Florida (the Panhandle).

NOAA Photo Library
The NOAA Photo Library was created to capture the work, observations, and studies carried on by NOAA personnel and to attempt to capture NOAA's scientific heritage. To date, over 32,000 images have been digitized and reside in the online NOAA Photo Library. Most of these photos are in the public domain and can be freely reused.
