Third Assignment - Responsible Leadership Paper --15 points.

Select a leader you admire ( not a family member or friend) but someone whose actions  and behaviors are a role model for leadership. They may be living or deceased and contemporary or historical.

Your research resources should include biographies, journal articles, news media, and other sources that provide referenced materials. (See APA reference information).

For this assignment, please write a 3 to 4  double spaced paper discussing the questions about your selected leader:

1. Background -What makes this leader unique? Discuss the leader’s life, biographical information, including family, education, life altering experiences, significant influences, and legacy.
2. Accomplishments -How do their accomplishments impact their part of the world? Discuss the leader’s barriers and challenges.
3. Core Values -What did you discern about the leader’s core beliefs or behavioral actions that indicate a personal mission?
4. Practices and Principles related to Kouzes and Posner. What practices and principles from Kouzes and Posner did the leader represent?
5. What you learned - What did you learn from studying this leader and how will you integrate this knowledge into your leadership style.

Essay format: Academic format (APA/MLA), in-text citations, headings to separate topics, double spaced, introduction and conclusion, 10 to 12 font, correct grammar, correct sentence and paragraph structure, references for materials from other authors/ sources documented on a reference page, paper should be between 3 to 5 double spaced pages.
