- You need to find at least one article from a scholarly publication and one non-scholarly article to analyze the “Boom” of the “Nouvelle Cuisine” in the country you picked (when it started, reasons, Star Chefs, discoveries, restaurants, most famous dishes and new techniques…)
- Write THREE complete pages (that includes heading, Honor Code and Bibliography)
- Use MLA Format—Times New Roman, 12pt font, 1-inch margins, double-spaced. You will email me the essay the last day of class, June 4th
- Do not forget to include the bibliography used for the essay.
