WebPrint

Rollins Information Technology has set up a web printing service for Rollins students, faculty, and staff. WebPrint will allow you to print to printers in the library from your laptop and other mobile devices. Supported files include Microsoft Office, PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, and TIF.  However, this service only prints in black and white:

  • Single-sided, black and white print: $0.08 per page
  • Double-sided, black and white print: $0.12 per page

Users will need to be on the campus network or the Rollins' GlobalProtect VPN service to access WebPrint.

WebPrint from your Device

Instructions

  1. Go to http://webprint.rollins.edu
  2. Sign in using your FoxID and password
  3. Select Web Print on the left-side menu
  4. Click Submit a Job »
    • Adjust Web Print options and select an Account to Charge
  5. Click Upload Documents »
  6. Drag or upload your document to the box on the right
    • Once document(s) are uploaded, click Upload and Complete
  7. You will be notified that “Your document has been held in a queue.” The document will be sent to the printer.

Printers are available on the first, second, and third floors, including both a color and a black-and-white machine in the Research Support area.

Color Printing

Color printing is not available through WebPrint or for community guests. To print in color, you will need to use an available desktop.
