United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

This collection of student projects is intentionally tied to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals address the most challenging issues of our time and represent a blueprint for achieving a better and more sustainable future for all.

The Sustainable Development program consists of a concentration of courses that investigate the possibilities of improving living standards while also protecting the Earth’s vital natural systems.

Students began in 1999 to oversee the campus' recycling program which is still active to this date and has renamed itself the Sustainability Program. Students collaborate to make environmental and sustainable changes on campus through this organization.
